How far in advance do we need to book?

Please see below the lead time for events by Tiers:

Tier 1: Minimum 3 days
Tier 2: Minimum 8 days

What information do you need from us?

We need to know your event’s theme to customise accordingly.

Can you provide specific props for our theme?

Yes, we can source props tailored to your theme if given ample notice.

Can I cancel my party due to change of circumstances?

You definitely can, however depending on when you decide to cancel there are some penalties, please refer to the Terms & Conditions.

How long does set up and preparation take?

It will take between 30 minutes to 1 hour to set up, we would recommend giving a time frame of 45 minutes and above for the God and Platinum Packages.

Can we extend the time of the hire?

Yes you can, it will be $70 per additional hour.

How much space and power is required for setup?

We need approximately 2m x 2m of space, and minimal power is required as our setup is energy-efficient.

What camera do you use?

For DSLR packages, we use a Canon EOS 1500D. For tablet options, we use a Microsoft Surface 6 front camera.

What type of photobooths do you offer?

Currently, we have an Open-style booth, with plans to introduce interactive mirror and 360-degree options soon.

How many uses and copies are available for each session?

It is unlimited usage for the number of hours hired, for number of copies:

  • 2×6: 2 copies for Silver and up to 10 copies for Gold and Platinum
  • 4×6: 1 copy for Silver and up to 5 copies for Gold and Platinum

Any charges for fuel?

It is free for 30km radius of Perth CBD, additional $30 for every extra 30km. If it is out of town then we will discuss further (eg Bunbury).
